• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any software, algorithm, or security system underlying the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information to 7777k at registration or during the verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without proper authorization.

7777k employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and upon confirmation, permanently closed with all balances subject to forfeiture.

In all cases where 7777k's liability is established, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 7777k account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, you will be notified of the decision and, where applicable, the reasons. If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to your nominated payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, 7777k reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including real money funds, where permitted by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or related to your use of the 7777k Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to the following dispute resolution process:

1. Initial Contact: You must first contact 7777k customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising.
2. Escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to a formal written complaint addressed to 7777k's compliance team.
3. PAGCOR: Disputes not resolved through the above process may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its regulatory complaint procedures.
4. Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

7777k reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, for reasons including changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the Platform's services or features, operational or business reasons, or to address abuse or fraud risks.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 7777k will provide notice through one or more of the following means:

• Prominently displaying the updated Terms on the 7777k website.
• Notifying registered players via their registered email address.
• Displaying an in-platform notification upon next login.

Amendments will take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms unless a different effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
